Ryann Prathaftakis

Account Manager, Leader of Culture and Development

Ryann has been in the insurance industry for a decade starting her career on the carrier side focusing on corporate wellness. She joined BIS Benefits in 2019 and finds joy in helping her clients navigate this complex industry. She really values identifying needs of her clients and providing comprehensive benefit packages to help attract and retain talent.

In 2021 Ryann joined the Leadership team within BIS Benefits. As the Leader of Culture and Development, she gets to lean into her passion of fostering relationships, facilitating strategies, encouraging employee development both personally and professionally and being a part of shaping culture.

Ryann has an incredible son who keeps her active and creative. They live in North Georgia with their dog, Rue. She enjoys outdoor activities from trail running to kayaking, spending quality time with family, curling up with a good book, traveling and eating sweets.
