Understanding the changes in societal needs we are part of the teleworking community. BIS employees have the ability to telework 3 days from home and work two in the office with Wednesday being our communal day, where the whole office comes together.

BIS has also created a program called L.E.A.D standing for Leadership, Engagement, Alignment and Development. We developed this program to foster growth for our employees both personally and professionally.
