What is BIS Gives Back?

H.E.R.O. stands for Helping Employees Reach Out. For every hour of your donated time to an approved service organization the company will donate $50 to a charity of your choice. Our Purpose is to encourage all our associates to be actively involved in making a positive difference in the communities where they live and work.

Program Details

A log of volunteer time must be submitted to qualify for a financial contribution.

The maximum per associate donation per year will be $1000

For each hour of volunteer time, the company will donate $50 to the approved charity of your choice.

All charitable organizations must be approved by the HERO Leadership Team prior to credit being given for volunteer time.

The donation will be made by the company in the associates name. There will not be a tax benefit to the associate.

Why Does BIS Give Back?

Our social responsibility as a company is to give back to the communities we serve. The company has always given to the charitable organizations based on individuals requests. This program is designed to encourage a greater impact by donating our time to make a difference.
