Betsy Orrie

Operations Manager

Betsy Orrie joined BIS Benefits in 2008 as a receptionist and office assistant and was quickly promoted to Office Coordinator. In June of 2011 she moved into the role of Office Manager. In 2016 Betsy was again promoted, this time to Operations Manager where she oversees all office functions, HR, Finance, Communication and Team Building. She oversees the Operations Team and is a member of the BIS Benefits Leadership Team. Betsy is known in the office for her commitment to superior service, detailed attention and welcoming smile.



Outside of work, Betsy enjoys working outdoors, reading and spending time with family and friends. She is a native of Atlanta and currently resides in Forsyth County with her husband of 29 years and three grown children.
