Nancy joined BIS Benefits in 2004 as Office Manager. Possessing multiple talents in administration, she quickly moved into the service department before joining the Marketing Team as a Marketing Specialist where she serves group clients.
As a Marketing Specialist, Nancy assists clients in compiling data for enrollments and renewals. She works with both clients and carriers in tracking down critical information that helps to obtain competitive quotes to help lower medical costs without jeopardizing quality coverage. Utilizing the latest technology, Nancy is able to streamline the quoting process for clients and save them valuable time at renewal. She also updates online employee communication portals for clients. She is known for her efficiency and attention to detail — a trait that both her co-workers and clients appreciate.
Prior to joining BIS Benefits, Nancy worked in several capacities that prepared her for her work in employee benefits, including working as a Pharmacist Assistant, nine years as an Administrative Assistant for The Upjohn Company (now known as Pfizer Pharmaceuticals), and as a small claims examiner with Allstate Insurance Company in Buffalo, NY.
A native of Buffalo, New York, Nancy moved to Atlanta in 1985. She is an active board member in her neighborhood association. She enjoys yoga and sewing. Nancy will not hesitate to tell you that her greatest joy is being “Nannie” to three wonderful young grandchildren.
