Account Manager

Dixie began her service in employee benefits in 2001and joined BIS Benefits in 2007 as a Small Group Account Manager where she works with employers with 20 or fewer employees. Her employee benefits experience is a product of her years in the benefits industry and time as a small business owner in Chicago where she and her husband owned a trade show production company. She’s been on both sides of the desk and, therefore, is uniquely qualified to understand the needs of small businesses looking to provide benefits for their employees.

Dixie’s married to her college sweetheart, and they are blessed to be the parents of a son and two daughters. Dixie cherishes any time she has with family and friends, and enjoys photography, reading, needlework, travel, and church and community volunteer work. Dixie has a bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology from Indiana State University.
