Debbie Green brings a strong background in customer service, client support and account management skills to her role at BIS Benefits. Debbie works closely with family and individual clients, ensuring that all of their insurance needs are met by carefully guiding them through the often-tricky insurance coverage maze to change carriers, plans or find entirely new options. Debbie’s role as a liaison between clients and carriers is a vital part of BIS overall commitment to customer service. Debbie holds a Georgia Life and Health License.

Debbie often works with clients who find themselves in challenging situations such as when their health or life circumstances change. A cancer survivor herself, Debbie understands the complexities life-changing events can create and the impact they have on coverage options. “It is nice when you find an answer for those who are struggling to pay their premium or cannot get coverage,” she says, adding that “solutions can most always be found.”

Originally from Illinois, Debbie has been in Atlanta since 2000 and a member of the BIS team since 2006. She attended the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga, pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. She is the mother of three grown children and resides in Alpharetta, Georgia with her husband.
